WES IS 9 MONTHS TOMORROW

 

At almost 9 months, Erin is content with sitting in this blue chair. This chair, however, cannot contain Wes. He throws himself off it.

Wes is 9 months tomorrow! So far his superpower is definitely his movement- crawling and standing and squirming. He is so curious about everything. He is always busy, looking for things to study and put in his mouth. Wes has a great sense of humour. If you make funny sounds in his ear he is in hysterics. He is always smiling. His cradle cap has cleared now, and his eczema seems to have gone at 8 months, just a few patches on his cheeks left. He is starting to say "mamama..." but I don't think he means mamma just yet. Wes does some really loud crying when he doesn't want something. It is very hard to change his nappy now, but I've tried to tell him "wait.." There is some response to that. When Wes finishes a meal, we say his table is Wezzified, meaning it is a MESS. He has started on some meatballs, fish and spaghetti. When he wants to stop eating, he throws himself backward repeatedly and grumbles.
