WES'S NEW NEED - INTERACTION AT 11+/12 WEEKS

 

What do I want to be when I grow up? An astronaut?

We noticed that Wes now has a new need- a need to interact and play! He can smile back at you when you smile at him- it's not just a random grimace anymore. Wes also likes cooing and talking. He smiles when I make clucky noises, and when I play with him by bringing him close and whispering in his ear, and bringing him away again. So now he doesn't only cry because he is sleepy,  (He generally makes coughing noises if hungry), he cries if he wants to interact! He is still okay with being left alone to his devices sometimes. Very nice child.
